Recently launched and now open for online bookings, is the much anticipated Network forum, CORKMEET 2011 – DUBLIN FORUM, which will take place this coming November 10th.
The Croke Park Conference Centre will play host to a business networking initiative, described by participants as “economic speed dating”. Irish SMEs will get the chance to meet each other, discuss their products and services, consider partnership and explore new business opportunities.
Now in its third year, CORKMEET is Ireland’s leading Business Networking Forum. CORKMEET 2010 exceeded expectations with almost 500 delegates taking part in over 4,000 one-to-one, pre-arranged meetings in Cork. The 2011 event is being organised in order to give Cork companies the opportunity to network with businesses from the Dublin Metropolitan area in a busy, day-long programme of one-to-one pre-scheduled meetings. The event is suited to innovative SME’s in a strictly business to business environment looking to trade or partner with relevant companies from the Dublin and Cork regions. The aim is to connect and foster new meaningful business relationships. CORKMEET 2011 – DUBLINFORUM is taking place during Innovation Dublin 2011 which is taking place across Dublin between 17th October and 18th November.
The Trading Link Cork partners (Cork County & City Enterprise Boards, Cork County Council, Cork City Council and Cork Chamber) are pleased to once again work together to offer Cork companies this opportunity and have partnered for this Forum with the Dublin County & City Enterprise Boards and Plato Dublin to deliver this unique event.
Speaking at the launch, Sean O’ Sullivan, CEO of South Cork Enterprise Board said: this business networking Forum in Dublin came about as a result of continued feedback from Cork SMEs and their need to forge significant relationships within the Dublin region. CORKMEET is the ideal proven vehicle through which this can be done and we have taken the innovative step to bring the event to Croke Park. Cork will meet Dublin this year in Croke Park and we are inviting businesses to turn out for their counties and develop strong, new, lasting business relationships.
