BRC Programme

This programme has been designed for clients of South Cork who have successfully completed the Advanced Food Business Development Programme as outlined above. The aim of this programme is to provide small food companies with the opportunity to design and implement Food Safety Management Systems based on the requirements of BRC Standard. Delivered on a one to one basis over 3 month period.
